Shine Bright
A few years ago, my husband left a message on our bathroom mirror, “You’re Beautiful.”
Simple. Unexpected. And it stopped me in my tracks… it was a reminder I didn’t know I needed.
Since then, I’ve been thinking a lot about the power of tiny messages—the little nudges that change how we feel, how we show up, and how brightly we shine.
I sat down and designed my first window cling. Then another.
Each one became a small daily anchor — something people could see every day, and that instantly made them feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.

Into Coaching
I’m drawn to beauty, creativity, and excellence. The kind that shows up in small moments: a crochet project on the couch, watercolor painting with my kids, a walk in nature.
In my early 40’s, I rebuilt my health — losing 40 pounds, improving all my health markers, and healing my body. Not through the latest fads. Not through restriction. And definitely not through perfection.
What worked was simple, doable wellness: real food, consistent movement, better sleep, mindset shifts, and small habits built over time.
For the past 6 years, I’ve worked at a company with coaching at its core. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with incredible subject matter experts and leading a team that created over 1,500 pieces of digital content and programs focused on improving health and well-being.
My favorite part? Reading the stories. The moment someone realized they felt different. More confident. More energized. More themselves.
Those stories and my own health journey transformed me. They sparked something deeper — and inspired me to become a Functional Medicine Health Coach.
Now, I help people reconnect with their strengths, feel empowered, and build habits to shine bright.
