Every coaching relationship starts with a foundational session. We’ll explore your strengths, walk through a Wellness Wheel reflection, and clarify the values that are driving what you want right now. From there, we’ll identify one meaningful goal to focus on — something that feels both energizing and doable.
From there, our regular sessions go deeper. We’ll co-create a custom plan with weekly action steps, work through whatever’s slowing you down, celebrate the wins (big and small!), and reflect on what’s working. You’ll have the accountability, support, and resources to keep moving forward.
Simple. Structured. And always centered around you.

It depends on where we are in our work together.
For your foundational session, plan for about 25-30 minutes to complete a few activities beforehand. These help us hit the ground running — so we can spend our time together going deeper, not gathering basics.
For all other sessions, just show up present and ready to share what’s going on. That’s it.
If something comes up between sessions — a question, a win, a challenge — you’re welcome to drop a note in the secure chat in your coaching portal. It’s a great way to capture thoughts while they’re fresh.

Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is forward-focused. We focus on where you are now and where you want to go, supporting you with tools, accountability, and habits that fit in your day-to-day life.

It depends on what you need, and that’s intentional.

As a health coach, I do not interpret your lab results clinically.
I can support you by helping you understand what different lab markers are designed to measure, how body systems function at a high level, and helping you organize deeper questions for conversations with your healthcare provider.
