Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is forward-focused. We focus on where you are now and where you want to go, supporting you with tools, accountability, and habits that fit in your day-to-day life.

As a health coach, I do not interpret your lab results clinically.

 I can support you by helping you understand what different lab markers are designed to measure, how body systems function at a high level, and helping you organize deeper questions for conversations with your healthcare provider.
